While the children practiced for the upcoming

Primary Program for our church I became a hero yet again.

That's right, I donated blood. It was quick

(it took longer to sign in then to do the actual donation) & easy

(it only hurt for a brief moment),
and I wasn't anemic this time (We had red

meat & a green leafy salad the night before). Yippee!
